Do I have to pay for my order?

Yes. Payment must be made upfront through the app. However, your money is securely held in escrow until the order is verified and delivered.

Instead of sending money directly to an unverified stranger, you deposit the funds with GrabnGo (a legally registered entity). We hold your money safely until you receive your product. Once you confirm that the correct item has arrived safely, we release the payment to the traveler. If something goes wrong, you can request a refund.
  • Verified Order: Designed for serious shoppers. You pay for your item upfront to GrabnGo. This acts as a strong guarantee to travelers that the order is genuine and backed by funds, leading to significantly more (and faster) delivery offers. Full dispute protection is included.
  • Unverified Order: The order is posted without upfront payment. There is no financial guarantee for the traveler that they will be paid upon arrival. Unverified orders receive far fewer offers, a less predictable experience, and are not eligible for platform dispute support.

When viewing your created order in the app, simply click “Add Verification”. You will be shown our official corporate bank account details. Transfer the total amount via your banking app, take a screenshot of the transfer proof, and upload it. Our support team will manually review and approve the transaction during our support hours.

You will transfer the funds directly to the corporate bank account of our parent house, CRYPTHON TECHNOLOGIES (registered with FBR, SECP, and PSEB). The exact account numbers and details will be displayed securely within the app when you trigger the verification process.

Standard digital payment gateways and credit/debit card processors charge a hefty transaction fee ranging from 7% to 10% of the total amount. To protect your wallet and ensure you get the absolute best price on your international shopping, we utilize direct bank transfers. We bypass these middleman fees so you can save money and shop more.

You can initiate a transfer from foreign currency accounts; however, please note that our refund system only supports a select few currencies. To avoid compliance or conversion complications, please contact our support team via WhatsApp before making a non-PKR transfer.

The Order Amount is the raw cost of the product multiplied by the quantity requested. For example, if you order an item that costs 100,000 PKR and request a quantity of 3, your Order Amount is 300,000 PKR.

The Reward Amount is the delivery incentive/tip you choose to offer the traveler for purchasing and bringing your item. This amount is entirely separate from the baseline product cost and goes directly to the traveler upon successful delivery.

You can shop from any country where a verified traveler is available and travel routes match your requested delivery.

The Checklist is your ultimate tool for quality control. It tells the traveler exactly what evidence they must provide before leaving the store. For example, you can add requirements like:

  • Clear, legible photograph of the box’s IMEI or Serial Number.
The traveler must upload these specific media pieces into the app before they can advance the order status, allowing you to review the item remotely.

  • ASSIGNED: A traveler has accepted your order.
  • PURCHASING: The traveler is actively acquiring your item.
  • PURCHASED*: The traveler has bought the item and uploaded the requested checklist media.
  • PURCHASE VERIFIED*: The shopper has reviewed the media and approved the item’s validity.
  • IN-TRANSIT: The traveler is traveling with your item.
  • REACHED DESTINATION: The traveler has arrived in your delivery country.
  • DISPATCHED*: The traveler has shipped the package via local courier (includes packing video and tracking number) or is arranging hand-delivery.
  • RECEIVED*: The item is safely in the shopper’s hands, concluding the contract.

(Statuses marked with an asterisk * require media uploads like videos or images to proceed).

If your order was a Verified Order, you are fully protected. You can immediately open a formal dispute, and our team will withhold the escrow funds until an investigation is complete. Unfortunately, if you opt for an Unverified Order, GrabnGo cannot accept disputes or assist with refunds.

Do I need to complete a KYC check to become a traveler?
No, we do not require mandatory identity verification (KYC) to browse or use the app. You can simply sign up and begin using the platform. However, verifying your travel plans is highly encouraged if you want to unlock premium features.

Go to your active travel listing and click “Verify Travel”. Upload your digital travel documents. Our support team will manually review the documentation within a few hours and award your listing a Verified Badge, making your profile dramatically more trustworthy to high-paying shoppers.

To get your travel verified, you must provide:

  1. Valid Air Tickets clearly showing your airline booking reference/PNR number.
  2. A clear image of your Passport biographical page to confirm identity matching the ticket.

Frequent flyers with optimized luggage space can easily make over 1,000,000 PKR annually. To get a precise estimate based on your specific route and baggage capacity, utilize our interactive earnings calculator at the top of the travel dashboard.

  • For Verified Orders: GrabnGo guarantees your payment. Once you safely deliver the item and the shopper marks it as received, GrabnGo releases the total funds (Product cost + Reward) directly into your bank account.
  • For Unverified Orders: You must coordinate payment independently and directly with the shopper. GrabnGo offers zero payment guarantees for unverified orders. If the shopper refuses to pay you upon arrival, the platform cannot reimburse you.
You may carry any legal item that complies with international customs laws and your specific airline’s baggage guidelines. It is your sole responsibility to check aviation and destination country laws regarding restricted items. For maximum security, we recommend only accepting orders that are strictly Verified within the GrabnGo marketplace.
Absolutely. You maintain 100% control over your itinerary. You can filter, review, and accept only the specific orders that match your travel dates, destination city, and available luggage weight.
  • If it was a Verified Order: You can immediately open a dispute. Our dispute resolution team will review the timestamps, and if you purchased the item in good faith under an active order status, we will protect your expenses using the escrowed funds.
  • If it was an Unverified Order: GrabnGo cannot intervene or recoup your expenses.
  • Verified Orders: Open a dispute. Our platform support team will step in, attempt to reach the user, and if they fail to collect the item, we will resolve the escrow funds equitably in your favor.
  • Unverified Orders: GrabnGo cannot financially recover your losses. The maximum action we can take is applying a permanent penalty or account ban to the non-responsive shopper.

What should I do if the traveler is not updating my order status?
If a traveler stops updating their progress or misses a key milestone window, you can open an official dispute. If the traveler fails to respond to our dispute arbitration within a designated time window, our team will manually unassign them from the order, freeing it up so you can receive fresh offers from other reliable flyers.
We offer comprehensive dispute protection for Verified Orders through a strict step-by-step verification pipeline:
  1. Checklist Protection: Shoppers should always set an explicit item checklist.
  2. Purchase Review: When a traveler sets the status to PURCHASED, they must upload unedited videos/photos of the item. The shopper must review and explicitly click PURCHASE VERIFIED before the traveler boards their flight.
  3. Courier Accountability: When shipping locally, the traveler must upload a packing video alongside the tracking number under the DISPATCHED phase.
  4. Unboxing Proof: The shopper should record an uninterrupted video when opening the parcel.
If a mismatch or counterfeit issue arises at any of these verified checkpoints, either party can trigger a dispute. Our team will review the system-logged media proofs to issue a clear, factual resolution.
We strongly advise travelers to purchase items from retailers that offer a clear “money-back guarantee or flexible return policy” to avoid out-of-pocket losses. However, if a shopper requests a cancellation after a product has been physically purchased, it may incur substantial penalty fees. Our dedicated dispute panel will weigh the evidence and receipts before issuing any partial or full refunds.
If cancellation is approved under policy terms, escrow funds will be refunded to the eligible party after review.
